INTRODUCTION

Booktalk is a public English speaking contest (part of the Extensive Reading Program), organized annually by the English Language Program of the Department of International Languages and Cultures.
In order to provide an academic playground for students, students nationwide to enhance the spirit of reading culture and debate about promoting reading ability among students and students. The Booktalk 2023 contest promises to explode and bring all contestants an extremely interesting and unique experience.
